Great staff and perfect location to explore the city by foot. The breakfast was also delicious and varied, with a good selection of hot and cold items. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi throughout my stay, which was a nice bonus.
Sadly, my room was quite small and cramped, with outdated furniture and an uncomfortable bed. The room also lacked any sort of view and was quite noisy due to the busy street outside.

The bed was great. There were real (no artificial materials) pillows. The room was neatly clean and attractive. Also the breakfast was varied in an attractive environment.

Very good location, directly on the edge of the city centre. Breakfast good, but a little overpriced. Very good food in the cosy wine tavern, there very good service
It's all a bit out of date. The often highly praised friendliness of the staff can not confirm, rather factually disinterested.

Our romantic escape was unforgettable! the spacious suite had a modern, super-clean bathroom, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Plus, the hidden rooftop courtyard seating area added an extra touch of magic to our stay. the hotel's central location allowed us to stroll through the charming streets of the town and easily access all the attractions.
The entrance to the hotel was challenging to find at first, and we had some difficulty accessing the car park. we found it hard to get a good night's sleep due to the pillows being uncomfortable.

Very friendly and attentive staff, great location and absolutely good equipment of the rooms.
The key cards of the rooms are, as in so many hotels, not always reliable.

This hotel is perfectly placed for discovering the city on foot, situated on a beautiful shopping street that is mostly pedestrian. the rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the breakfast is rich and delicious, served by friendly and welcoming staff. the hotel also offers a cozy atmosphere with excellent service that makes you feel at home.
The hotel lacks a bit of personality and charm in its decor and style.

We really loved this hotel and will return. I would have given "excellent" for the hotel staff but had one worker who was not friendly nor helpful when we asked about the password to log into wifi. I asked her what it was and she said, "No, no, there's no password!" while raising her voice. I explained to her that our room came with free wifi and she continued to tell me no! The other staff member who had checked us in and was very kind came to our rescue and handed me a piece of paper with the login/username on it. So, I'm still puzzled at the behavior of the other girl. We didn't let one bad seed ruin our time at this great hotel! One other thing, make sure you take your copy of hotel confirmation. We agreed to pay extra for our son which we were given a new price from the hotel so when we were checking out the charge was added on again. Luckily we caught it and after I showed them our confirmation they removed the extra charge.
Just the one worker who was rude and not helpful, everything else was great!

The breakfast was very good and rich, although with 18 € a little pricy. The room was great and the sauna was very good.
WLAN was unfortunately not available in my room.

We were truly impressed with this place. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old part of town on a beautiful pedestrian shopping street. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The service here was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given a tour of the facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the views. The staff even provided room service, and they did an amazing job running between floors to provide us with excellent service.
This place is highly recommended to others.

I stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city center, on a lively and charming shopping street that is mainly pedestrian. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel had excellent facilities, such as a sauna and board games available to guests. The location was perfect as it was a short walk from several attractions, including the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from.
Nothing bad to say.
